Christy Sandbert, Massage Therapist 

Hello my name is Christy Sandberg.  I moved to Nashville from Paris, TN in 1997. I attended Cumberland Institute Integrative Wellness where I received my Massage Therapy Certification. I have studied many modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stones, Pre-Natal, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Acupressure, and Aromatherapy. I enjoyed working in the spa industry however I found my true passion while working with my cousin in his chiropractic office. It is there that I understood the meaning of health – above, down, inside, out and to have your power on!

I left his office to marry my husband. We now have a son, Henry, who is the center of our universe! He has been receiving adjustments since he was days old and will continue throughout life.

I am also a certified therapy assistant and certified chiropractic radiologist.  I feel that I am compassionate, caring and kind. I truly want to see everyone living an optimum healthy life. I feel that it is my calling to be of service to those on their journey to wellness. I am looking forward to serving you at Roth Wellness and Chiropractic!
